Returning an item – Withdrawal right
Quid gives its customers the guarantee “Satisfaction or Your Money Back”. We hope you are always pleased with your purchase, but should you change your mind, here is what you can do to return an item. In accordance with art. 52 of D. Lgs. of 6 September 2005, No. 206 (“Consumer code”), you can avail yourself of the withdrawal right within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item purchased on shop.progettoquid.com.
Exercising this right is simple, just follow the procedure below:

Shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer.
Withdrawal right is correctly exercised if the following conditions are observed:

If you complied with all the required conditions, Quid — in accordance with art. 56 of the Consumer Code — will fully refund you the cost of the purchased item.
You will receive your refund only after Quid will have received the returned item and checked all the required conditions are complied with.
The actual time for the credit or reimbursement of the paid sum will depend on the selected payment method.
Substitution of an item
Should you wish to change the size of an item, you can do so within fourteen (14) days of receiving the purchased item. In order to do so, send an e-mail to support@progettoquid.com and fill the “Substitution Form” you will receive

Should you wish to change the colour, you will have to pay the shipping expenses and send the item together with the “Substitution Form” to:

Changes will be carried out only if the following conditions are observed:
You will receive the desired item only after Quid will have received the returned item and checked all the required conditions are complied with.
You can change the size/colour of an item just one single time.
 Defective or wrong item
In case of a defective item, please send an e-mail to support@progettoquid.com within 14 days since you received the item, describing the issues with the item and attaching a picture to highlight the defect.
Should you have received one or more items, different from the ones you ordered, please excuse the inconvenience; just contact us and we will be glad to help you.
The expenses for the collection of defected or wrong items and the redelivery of correct items are at the expense of Quid.
